Nestled in the Pennsylvania Elk Range, Camp Eagle's Nest is a perfect location for elk watchers, anglers, hunters, bird watchers, and nature enthusiasts. Whether you are canoeing the Sinnemahoning, looking for elk sheds, watching for the frequently sighted bald eagle, golfing at the Emporium Country Club, hiking one of the many nearby trails or just breathing in the mountain air, Camp Eagle's Nest truly embodies what a "getaway" should be. Roomy and spacious. On top of the regular price, we paid a pet fee, an optional linen fee and a "service fee." We also had directions to leave the place how we found it, even to drive the garbage to a nearby dumpster off the property. I am okay with this policy, but not if they are also going to charge a "service fee." That is my only complaint. And the lock was hard to open, but they did warn us about that.
