The open-plan living room and kitchen area boast French doors that lead to the outside, allowing natural light to flood the space. The country-style kitchen features all your culinary needs. A separate dining room offers a cosy setting for family meals, and a convenient ground floor toilet adds to the practicality of the layout. Ascend the cottage stairs to the first floor, where you’ll find a master double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, exuding character and charm. Additionally, there’s a small double bedroom and a twin room with beams, providing comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The house shower room ensures convenience and functionality. Amble to the village pub for a refreshing pint or pop into the local shop to stock up with holiday treats. Step outside to the front garden, adorned with gravel for a low-maintenance yet picturesque setting. The close by stunning Yorkshire Wolds offer opportunities for walking and cycling.
