At the heart of the quiet district of Striesen the city center 4km distant is easily reached by car, bicycle or tram. A, quite simply, perfect place for a stay in Dresden! We heard a lot about this place from a previous renter, but even that praise was understated. From the welcoming owners over the very clean, cozy, and well-lighted apartment to the many small things that show the attention to the detail. Of those, there are too many to list in this review (the quality of the workmanship that has been built into the place and the coordination of the colors are just two of them), suffice it to say that it felt a very warm and welcoming place. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

Mit dem Rad rund um Dresden
Wir waren 4 Tage in Dresden in der sehr schönen und gut gelegenen Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Trotz der vorhandenen Fahrräder hatten wir unsere dabei und konnten sie sicher unterstellen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen. Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Lüftung des Passivhauses. Die Vermieter haben wir nur kurz kennen gelernt und fanden sie sehr nett.

Sehr schöner Rammstein Konzertaufenthalt 👍
Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Küche und co. waren super ausgestattet. Nur ein ganz kleiner Makel waren die etwas zu großen Teller die nicht in die Spülmaschine gepasst haben😂. Aber sonst wirklich alles top. Würde ich aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen und nochmal wieder kommen. Der Bäcker direkt ums Eck war top. Kaufland war auch recht nah, und Straßenbahn Haltestellen waren auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top modern eingerichtet und sauber. Sowohl im Bett als auch auf dem Schlafsofa hat man gut geschlafen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Optimale Ferienwohnung in Dresden
Ruhige Ferienwohnung nahe der Uni-Klinik, nur wenige Autominuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgten problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
