A convenient hotel
A 2 night break in a modern building. Convenient for the Old Town with a tram stop right outside. Despite a notice on the door asking for room service in the morning, the notice was put in the room but the room hadn’t been cleaned or the bed made when we were out. Reception staff were helpful and at least one spoke good English. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall decent. Great location, easy transport links & walking to other key areas. Ok if you're not spending much time in & just there for sleeping & showering at the end of the day.

Nice hotel no aircon
Nice hotel with generally good facilities No aircon , we were there and it was around 27 degrees in the day the room was so hot at night and there was no aircon Opened window and the noise from outside was very load Pillows are also an issue they are soft and disappear when you put your head on them

Almost a good stay - shame about the pillows!
Generally the hotel is very clean and staff are generally friendly. My colleague had a bad experience with the bar staff though, stating they were quite abrupt and unfriendly. Beds are quite hard and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Your head sinks through the entire pillow. I stayed 3 nights and didn’t sleep well at all, due to the pillows. It’s a shame as other than this, it could have been a nice stay. They definitely need to invest in some better pillows!!

Easy walk to old town and nice restaurants and adjacent park. Bathroom design was difficult with a very low toilet and a high step into the tub / shower without something to grasp. Tough for old knees.

Lovely night stop location

Very pleasant stay
My stay in the hotel was very pleasant. The front desk staffs were very friendly, especially for arranging my very early breakfast on my departure day.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Very confusing to find the parking, not to many indications towards it. Otherwise, it is underground and safe. Breakfast is a little bit to sweet though...

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the hotel. Breakfast had various offerings. I loved the location. It wasn’t in the heart of everything BUT it’s within walking distance.

Location was good. I had believed that my booking included breakfast in n the rate ( this was my intention when booking)) although my confirmation did not mention breakfast either way ,there was a list of other exclusions. Breakfast was denied in a way I found embarrassing. Secondly, room housekeeping was very poor ,on this occasion,coffee and tea was not filled up .

Bad rooms and very bad service.
Had the a very bad experience at the hotel and even worse attitude from the employees and the manager. The rooms have no AC in them, and they charge extra money for the parking. I left the hotel after just 1 night and still they charged me for all the nights with a very very bad attitude. 0 customer service there, would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall quite pleasant but when I checked out I left an iPhone cable behind me. I went back later to get it but I was told it wasn’t in the lost property and that they were not prepared to check for it in my room.

Staff were very consitently pleasant, helpful and prompt. Room was clean, tidy and spacious with a complimentary bottle of water, coffee and tea. Overall i have had very good and comfortable stay with my girlfriend in Dresden hotel. Hopefully we will come back again.

Nice hotel with a hop on hop off stop at the door.
We were only here for a night. The room was ok but didn't have a kettle for coffee making. When we asked for one, that said that would require a room upgrade. They have a restaurant but it had a very limited menu. Saying that, the food and service was lovely.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, comfortable room but no air con in bedrooms & it was boiling Rest of the hotel has it Provided with a fan which helped. Pool & Spa were shut for renovations which was a dissapointment but there is a water park not far away in front of the SG Dresden stadium about 5/10 mins walk from hotel George Ahnol Leisure Pool opposite Deutshe Hygeiene Museum at the back of the hotel
