Holiday flat Dresden-Lockwitz The holiday flat is located in the dreamy, quiet Lockwitz district of Dresden, close to the former historic village centre of Lockwitz. The ambience of the renovated village centre invites you to take an evening stroll.

The holiday flat was deliberately named after the former fruit press house "Donath's Obstkelterei Lockwitzgrund", which was located here more than a hundred years ago. The Lockwitz valley with its historic mills also invites you to hike and explore. Hikes in nearby Saxon Switzerland are also always worth a visit. Further excursion destinations can be found at the end of the description. The property is easily accessible via the A17 motorway - exit Dresden Nickern or Heidenau - and public transport is within walking distance. The city centre can be reached by public transport in approx. 25 minutes.

The holiday flat has two balconies. There are two swings on one of them, which invite you to relax.

The modern three-room holiday flat has a living room, children's room and bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with three large freezer compartments.
The spacious living area is furnished with a sofa bed with an additional sleeping function. This allows the flat to be extended for two more people. The living area is also equipped with a large LED TV (49 inch). Two HDMI cables are pre-installed on the LED TV for your games console. Plug it in and off you go.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm and a single bed 90 cm x 200 cm as well as a wardrobe. The children's room is furnished with a single bed 90 cm x 200 cm and a bunk bed 90 cm x 200 cm. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. A separate storage room/wardrobe in the flat offers additional storage space (e.g. for luggage bags). Dark wood-effect laminate flooring has been laid in the living and sleeping areas. The kitchen, bathroom, hallway and cloakroom/storage room have granite flooring.

Bakery, restaurant, savings bank, Nickern shopping centre are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
