The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly. Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates. Would still recommend and we will be back.

some of the personell not very kind, and with bad attitude. restauraunt with average food and girl very unpleasant not accepting to charge on the room. got sick after dinner for the food, and avoided the following night. average breakfast

Wir hatten ein Comfortzimmer gebucht. Dieses entsprach unseren Erwartungen und war sauber. Betten sind etwas hart, aber das ist ja persönliches Empfinden. Eine etwas hellere Beleuchtung wäre toll. Ein Stern Abzug weil uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück nicht überzeugt hat. Auswahl ok mit ein paar Besonderheiten, z.b. Waffeleisen um selbst frisch Waffeln zu backen. Wobei auch hier der Teig nach dem Backen sehr fest und zäh war. Bei dem Preis hätten wir frische Backwaren vom Bäcker erwartet und keine Aufbackbrötchen. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal und guter Anbindung in die City.

Hotel liegt neben der Wohnung unserer Kinder, damit für uns ideal. Zimmer sind ok. Nur das Frühstück für 2 Personen € 50,-- ist viel zu teuer. Reception ist freundlich.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch am Abend das italienische Restaurant im Haus , sehr schmackhaft. Zimmer sehr schön , bis auf den doch recht kleinen Fernseher , der sehr dunkel eingestellt war. Konnte man leider nicht verändern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, da mein Mann Raucher ist. Es war verboten auf dem Balkon zu rauchen, mir unverständlich.Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Das Hotel war für zwei Nächte inordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und gaben auch gute Tipps, was man in Dresden anschauen sollte. Die Zimmer waren sauber und soweit inordnung. Nur sollte man beim waschen der Bettwäsche vielleicht auf Weichspüler oder so etwas verzichten, da es Menschen gibt die Allergisch drauf reagieren. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer in einen guten Zustand. Leider bekamen wir nicht die Zimmer, die wir gebucht hatten. Wir hatten dreimal das Zimmer "Superior-Doppelzimmer, Balkon" gebucht und bekamen nur zwei davon. Auch nicht inordnung war, das man erst nach der Buchung darauf hingewiesen wurde das man auf den Balkons nicht rauchen durfte. Das könnte man schon in die Beschreibung rein schreiben, damit die Leute die dieses Hotel buchen wollen, bescheid wissen. Das Frühstück war gut, es war für jeden was dabei. Die Lage war auch wirklich super. Man musst nur 3 Minuten zur nächsten Tramstation laufen um in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Das parken auf Parkplatz neben dem Hotel war wirklich gut aber 8 € pro Tag find ich einbisschen zu teuer, da könnte man den Hotelgästen schon einbisschen entgegen kommen. An und Für sich war das Hotel wirklich gut. Ein Lob gibt es für den Mitarbeiter der Nachtschicht. Er war immer sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr geholfen bei unseren Ausflügen.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer unterm Dach. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das einzig negative, es war sehr kale im Zimmer. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage.

Wir hatten ein insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt. Durch dass wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, waren auch die Verbindungen zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln prima. Einziger Mangel. Dass Frühstücksangebot war super, leider war nichts beschriftet und somit nahm man sich blind was vom Angebot

Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche schwankt extrem. Warum gibt es keine Thermostat Batterien bei derart schwankendem Wasserdruck? Gönnen Sie das Ihren Gästen! Einmalige Investition und der Komfort steigt enorm. Am Waschbecken ist zu wenig Platz.
