Its location just down the road from Estes Park was ideal, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and numerous activities for kids.The only minor concerns I had were related to privacy and comfort. There were security cameras positioned in various directions, including the backyard, which made me feel a bit exposed. While I understand the need for security, it did impact the sense of privacy. Additionally, the house was quite warm, and there were no fans available, so I was grateful we had brought a few small ones with us.Overall, our stay was good, and we would likely consider staying there again if we're in the area. ##### Christina E. It sits on the river and was a very clean property. The fireplace was nice to have, as it was quite cold in the evenings. The only thing I would say I didn't pay enough attention to is the the river sits in front of the house, so there was no escaping the road noise or traffic. We finally got into our cabin an HOUR after check-in time I had to go to the PMI office on Monday to find out WHY I was not called back on Sunday. Ariel had even given me her cell # just incase I needed her help. She NEVER called back or answered her phone. NO ONE EVER called me back after all of this.
