« Malgre avoir présenté tous les documents a notre arrivée notre reservation n'a pas été prise en compte. Nous avons du payer une autre chambre plus cher et moins bien, notamment avec un lit trop petit. L'accueil n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel. De plus la chambre etait vieille et le lit de qulite mediocre. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel recently. Upon first glance, the room looked spotless, but the first bed I turned down to sleep in had dirt or something on the sheets. No biggie, the other bed was clean and it was just me. The staff was very friendly (especially Cindy at the front desk who even let me and my associate check into our rooms early). Breakfast looked good and fresh, though I'm not much of a breakfast eater so all I had was a banana and hot coffee). My associate...

« I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the Regency Inn. My room was large, had a huge TV and “real” towels. Everything worked and I felt safe. It was close to restaurants and stores. My biggest surprise was how large and diverse their breakfast was. I have never seen that kind of spread from such a small motel. Very impressed and would absolutely stay there again. »

« The ad appeared as though the bathroom was in the cabin! Very hard for two 70 women to trek up to the main building in the night during 20 degree weather! Heat had quit and had to get help! Beds are very very hard. Bottom bunk cold due to freezing air around the floor. There is a gap between the door and door frame about a foot or more long from bottom of door up allowing freezing air coming in all night. Coffee pot with coffee and things to make coffee and no water! I don’t think I will rent it...

« Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area. »
