Nice hotel close to a business center of Toronto and it is at the center of all entertainments. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is fine. Price gouge though. Far better options at the price point.

It was all around pleasant and quiet. Continental breakfast would have been nice for the price per night.

Entertainment District a Plus

Posted 6-Sep-2017
Cons: Room amenities. A tiny table for coffee prep, forget about putting anything else on it. No refrigerator. Very little space on bathroom vanity.
Location, parking, check in/out went smoothly. The amenities in the room should be improved for this price point.

Great location

Pros: Location
Literally five minutes walk from Union Station, means that you didn't not need a taxi from the airport. Good range of restaurants locally. All major tourist spots easily accessible.

Fantastic location with excellent staff

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been impressed with the "above and beyond" approach from the staff. This stay was no different. Highly recommend this hotel!

Small rooms!

Posted 31-Aug-2017
Pros: Staff are helpful. Location was relatively good. There are street cars /trams outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants.
Cons: Called housekeeping twice at 10pm the day we arrived. Tried concierge twice as well. No response from either before calling reception who responded.
Location: CN tower and the Toronto aquarium are a short walk away.
Possibly the most disappointing hotel of the four hotels we stayed at during our holiday in Canada based on expectations of the Hyatt hotel brand vs reality. Rooms are awfully small - smallest of all the hotels we stayed at. While our room had two queen beds there was little space around the beds especially if you then have suitcases that also take up space. The beds have no headboard so the pillows end up falling off the end of the bed. We also had a huge GMC Denali 7 seater rental car that barely fits around the first corner when entering the hotel underground's car park. Amazed I did not dent the car. Getting from the hotel car park to your hotel room can also mean taking two different lifts.
