The staff on site one above and beyond to make my birthday special. Jenna at the front desk, arranged dinner brunch and had cake and champagne delivered to my room. There was some hiccoughs with the reservations, but the manager Karan took care of everything to ensure we enjoyed our meal at Kost. Rob— The manager of Kost also went above and beyond due to some miscommunication with the reservation and gave us a beautiful table with view and complimentary champagne as a goodwill gesture. The hotel amenities were amazing and the staff made everything that much better with how we were treated during our entire stay. I would also like to thank Keith our valet guy who took care of all of our luggage and provided efficient service upon check in/out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the summer to enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool.

Honestly I couldn't wait to write this review! The staff, the room, the food and the location are truly unbeatable. The staff were amazing. Brought us what we forgot, booked reservations, spa appointments, printed out directions, remembered our names and catered to our every need. We discussed staying a few extra days because we loved the experience so much. The VRBO we had booked became unavailable the night before and this hotel upgraded us without hesitation. We will definitely be back and will stay here. Bisha you are gem!! Thank you so much... P.S. the cute jackets the staff were wearing made me want to work there just to get one :)

I loved this hotel and its art deco vibe. Completely out of the hotel’s control, but there was a shooting in front of the hotel that sent 2 to hospital.

Beautiful property for a date night. Has that mood and vibe. It might be a bit tricky to pull up with car due to construction, however, the checkin process was easy. Valet parking on site. Only dislike is not about the hotel but surrounding area as it can get noisy. My wife and I had a great stay.

This property is amazing. Its a high end boutique hotel mid town Toronto Walking distance to the blue jays, convention center and shopping. I highly recommend this property.
