Great location that is only a few minutes walk from the Plaza. The bells from the Catholic church next-door were most charming. Their rooftop bar is a very relaxing way to end the day. The free drinks during “kickback” at 5:30 were cheap and small. But whaddya expect for free?
I choose this place because of it's location and it's un-conventional settings. The location is excellent, walking distance to historical downtown, almost cross the street of capital building. Excellent breakfast with a lot of fruits, and a couple local favorites. Staff were very friendly, and gave ...
The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was great for us as it was walking distance of everything we wanted to be near, but also situated to make day trips easy without dealing with the downtown traffic. The property was quiet and charming.
I was very surprised and happy with the level of service and the amenities of this property. The staff were efficient and extremely helpful. It was so comfortable it felt like a second home. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The room I was upgraded to, after a smoky initial room because of the fireplace, was lovely, with a sitting room and a balcony. The kiva fireplace was a charming asset. The breakfasts were good, and the afternoon sherry/brandy hour was appreciated. Very satisfying stay.
Loved the location and service. Everyone from the front desk to valet parking was friendly and helpful. We would have liked coffee in the room, a security chain on the door, and enough light above the sink to put make-up on. Historic photos and genuine old furniture were very nice touches.
Liked the entire stay. They where doing some Construction on our floor, however it was worked on At a reasonable time. The staff was excellent and Everyone treated us in a superior manner. I wish I had brought a swim suit, which I will on our Next visit.
Loved the free shuttle service! The employees know all the best spots to dine and are a wealth of knowledge regarding Santa Fe's history. Rooms are quiet and staff are super friendly. Top notch ~ well, done Hotel Santa Fe!
Great location, small rooms under construction while we were there
