"The area is a little rundown due to the homeless population but thew Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and got me checked in with no problems at all. I would definitely go here again."

"The was an issue with the reservation with Expedia. The young lady who eventually checked us in was understanding and patient. She stayed in the area, assisting others as needed, but was close by in case we needed assistance. My wife needed a room to change in as I was in the process of making the needed adjustments and she assisted my wife by letting her use a room nearby. Eventually all was taken care of. We had our reservation. We had a room. And thought the delay made us late to our appointment, it was not the young lady's fault. Her emotional support was of tremendous benefit to each of us, my wife and I."
