The staff was very pleasant, from the valet to front desk. I didn't get to tour the facility as much as I would have loved to, but the bits i were stunning. I hoped to go back very soon. I would give it a 5 stars for the stay, and the overall experience. La chambre double avec deux lits queen était grande, propre et confortable, bien équipée avec TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café et frigo. Idéal pour une étape reposante. Le personnel était accueillant et disponible, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée simple et agréable. L’hôtel est assez bien situé, à environ 20 minutes à pied du Capitole et proche de plusieurs restaurants et services du centre-ville. Parmi les équipements à noter : machine à glace, parking payant, pas de piscine, mais un petit déjeuner inclus, bien fourni et pratique avant de reprendre la route. En résumé, un bon rapport qualité-prix pour un court séjour à Richmond. On recommande sans hésiter pour une étape simple, confortable et bien placée."
