Excellent location, free airport shuttle

Posted 24-Sep-2017
Pros: Efficient registration desk, reliable & free airport shuttle, and clean & comfortable room (one complained that the bed was too soft).
Cons: Valet parking was courteous but very, very slow; plan way ahead of time if a deadline is in your plans.
Location: Easy to reach UN, Reno campus, especially the football stadium & West Stadium Parking Facility on VA St., right turn at the planetarium sign.
Good place to stay for a UN, Reno football weekend with grandchildren.

Nice hotel Goid food

Posted 24-Sep-2017
We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were nice & clean. I liked the way 3 hotel casinos were linked together. My husband would like better access to sports channels in the room. My husband & I had a decent view, however, my Dad's view was really nice.

Clean modern hotel on the Reno, "Strip."

Posted 23-Sep-2017
Pros: I like the central location and being connected to other hotels on the strip.
Cons: The only criticism of the hotel is its parking. Parking spaces are more conducive to parking a Harley Davidson rather than a car.
Location: There are discount eateries near the Silver Legacy.if you do not want to spend a lot on a meal.
The Silver Legacy is centrally located on the Reno Strip. It is in convenient location to get to any other place on the strip. The hotel is comfortable and accommodating. They have good security and it feels comfortable to be there. That said, it is still my favorite hotel in Reno. I stay there every year during the Reno Air Races.

A great place for all ages.

Posted 22-Sep-2017
Pros: Very casual and very accessible.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: We took the kids twice to the Trampoline facility, and the kids loved it. Shopping at the Legend. The hotel is centrally located, so we can walk.
Great place for the entire family. Very convenient. Glad that El Dorato, Silver Legacy, and Circus Circus are combined.

spa problem

Posted 15-Sep-2017
Pros: other than the spa personnel, and the fact neither the spa or hair salon could offer facials, the rest of the staff was delightful
Cons: the toilet seat in our room was jiggly and not secure.
there is no shade around the outdoor pool during the day, I was told if I want shade I have to rent a cabana for $50 for half a day or come back after 4 pm. They could at least put umbrellas up on the little tables here and there instead of sending staff out to ask people not to sit on the edge of the unrented cabana.
