« Unfortunately the room was dirty. Toothpick and hair all over the floor. I complained and was told the maid service would take care of it the next day. After returning for the day the floor was in the exact same condition as well the shower backed up. It’s not a good look when you take a shower and your feet are covered in backed up dirty water. Very surprising for The Mission Inn! »

« As a hotel snob I can confirm that this hotel is superb. It’s clean, well maintained and honestly the friendliest place I’ve stayed. Everyone was helpful and kind. Breakfast was great everyday, lots of options. The pool was maintained and cleaned, the hot tub was wonderful. Very relaxing. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. We arrived early and they were helpful with giving us a place to hang out until a room was ready, they let us use the pool while waiting, 10/10 will stay here...
