No toilet paper other than what was on the roll which was only a half of a roll, so we had to get more toilet paper. No Kleenex so you had to use your limited toilet paper. No closet just a metal rack to hang your clothes. It was a non-smoking room but people stand outside their room and smoke so the air conditioner sucks it into your room. The picture on Expedia gives you false belief that it has a rooftop patio. It is on the street and on the corner of busy and busier. "

"I genuinely don't understand how this hotel has as many good reviews as it does. This hotel has a bed bug problem and you will be stuck between a rock and a hard place because you cannot get any kind of refund unless you leave the hotel, so for travelers who may not have much spare cash to get another space elsewhere will be forced to stay and probably infect the new room you change into with more bed bugs. While we may not have minded the homeless people and the incredibly loud surrounding area I know that's an issue for a lot of other travelers so take that into account. However, just don't stay here and risk a bed bug infection. Do not do it. "
