Refreshing! Spotless! Relaxing! Welcoming! Well-appointed! Dock your boat! Seaclusion, the third Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (2 queen beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset. You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels). Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking. Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station. Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout). We stayed here for a downtown wedding and enjoyed Palofax, the seafood fest, and great dining at Joco’s, Lulu’s, and Hub Stacey’s. We were able to walk the town. We wanted to do something different from the standard condo or hotel and this place delivered. It was tidy and had everything we needed. We opted not to cook but the kitchen was amply supplied to make that easy if we had wanted to. The location is great - there are many restaurants withing walking distance and it is just a short drive to the beach. The unit was charming with plenty of room to stretch out and we really enjoyed the sunsets on the porch. I'm looking forward to staying there again. ##### Michele F.
