"The apartment was exactly as pictured. Beautiful design, comfy bed and couch, and a short walk to the Newark-Penn Station train station. Also basically right in front of the Prudential center for those looking for a place to stay after a game or concert. My only complaint is that the neighborhood is very loud. "Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...
