We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Only issue we had was a previous tenant signed off on Apple TV and we couldn’t use the television because of that. Not a huge deal, as we were visiting Nashville to see the sights outside of our building. Great place to stay!

I would recommend driving a small vehicle to this property if able; our truck and someone else’s were hit this weekend in the parking lot. It’s super nice to have free parking, but the spaces and lot are small ; maybe just alert people to this

I stayed at the property for its proximity to the Country Music Hall of Fame where I had a work event and Broadway where the music venues are located. I enjoyed staying in an apartment with all the amenities of home.

The condo was very nice. Furniture was comfortable and good looking. It was well appointed with all the kitchen and bath items you would have at home. We felt safe and comfortable all weekend. Very convenient to downtown Nashville. We easily walked back and forth to Broadway. Will recommend to friends and family.

I have a number of items and some photos. I checked in and within 3 hours checked out. I ended up spending my vacation at another hotel. I contacted Black Swan with the issues, they said too bad, no money back. I plan to pursue this to get me money back, will Expedia help?

Great place if nightlife is the goal.
First off, I would go back. The location is great if you are looking for nightlife. Easy walk to lower blocks of Broadway, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. There were two minor issues that kept this from being a 5-star. Safe was broken and there was mold on the shower curtain. I'm sorry, for $150 fee, replace a moldy show curtain that is maybe $1. Also, service is a 3 since they have no local help, all virtual.

First time vistor to Nashville, it was a central location to walk everywhere! Our apartment was very clean and updated. Only negative would be that we were not familiar with Apple TV- we would of preferred cable. Great getaway!

This property was great if you don't mind noise. There was a construction project adjacent to the property which made it very noisy early in the morning. The windows are not double-paned, so even with a "wind tunnel" available in the room, it was loud. You have to walk at least 2-3 blocks to find restaurants, which wasn't a big deal for us. It is a great location for walking to Broadway and museums. The room was well set up if you wanted to get food delivered. The bed was very comfortable.

The lobby had a terrible mold smell which continued to the room. The room was clean however, no instructions for tv. Air conditioner came on and off randomly. There is no mirror to get ready. Reached out to get late check out no response. The location is great but can’t get past the smell.
