"I wish there were more ice machines. We were on floor 11 because originally on floor 16, our room looked like someone was there already. The ice machine was in room 15 but we didn’t know that til we went to customer service. You guys should put a sign outside in the hall stating where the nearest ice machine is located or something other than that, loved it & will stay again! "

"Room was clean, AC worked well. Cleaning stuff did a wonderful job each day. Onsite dining is a bit expensive, but was good. Lots of walkable dining options. Area around can be a bit busy do to the location in LA Live but we had a great stay!"
