« My stay at the Embassy Suites Downtown FW location was the most wonderful experiences I've ever had. Starting with the front desk Joel was on shift and was welcoming friendly and made checking in and out as easy as it gets extremely great customer service a ball out of the park homerun for Joel. Prefacing this next well deserved praise with this it was during an ice storm and a competition to boot so the hotel was needless to say swamped. So I went down to the first floor bar and dining area...
