Nice hotel; good value. They offer a very satisfying complimentary breakfast which includes various cereals, muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, bananas & oranges. Enough variety to have something different for several days. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Pool is unimpressive, but overall it is a great value.
Very nice hotel! Comfortable, affordable, great location. The pool area is beautiful, nice workout area, and complimentary breakfast had many, many options in a very large area to accommodate several guests at once. We got much more that we paid for and was very pleasantly surprised based on what we saw online. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Orlando area!
Nice hotel if you have a car to get around. Information said they had shuttle to Disneyworld locations but found out when we got there that they ended the contract a couple years ago and we would have to pay extra for taxi service.

Nice hotel, but not the best choice if you plan on going out to theme parks. Resort is beautiful, nice ponds, pool, restaurant is delicious and staff is great. However, There is no free breakfast, shuttle to Disney is expensive, there is no tea in the rooms, our room smelled kind of musty (but it was nice and clean).

I would like to let you know thatTye and Israel provided me with the most incredible customer service with a wonderful smile on their faces throughout my one week stay. I would like to see that the courtyard hotel reward them for their awesome and professional customer service as well as their had work and dedication of their duties on a daily basis.
This hotel was much better than the price. The staff was nicer than expected and more helpful than I could've imagined. Its in a good location for fun, food and shopping. There was a problem with our key so we couldn't access the pool easily and the "buffet" left a bit to be desired but other than that it was cool.
It would be a perfect hotel if it had not double charged for Internet access. We were charged resort fee which included internet access and we were charged $14.95/day for Internet as well. Besides it will be better if there were double sinks in suite.
