Very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location to 16th street mall and Coors Field. Would definitely stay here again!

The residence inn provided a wonderful complimentary breakfast. It is close to the convention center and Coors Field. It is also located near many good restaurants.

Great stay. There was construction on the street making navigation a little difficult, but not the fault of the hotel. All of downtown seems to be under construction, so getting around by car may be difficult for some.

We were set to arrive this evening to stay at the Residence Inn. I had an email from a staff member at the hotel asking if we would be here and I replied yes, we would. We had several travel delays (not of our own doing) and we did not make it to the hotel until several hours after we had planned. Our flight was delayed and then we had to wait over an hour to get pur rental car. When we arrived at the Residence Inn already very tired, they told us that they had given our room away. We have two very tired young girls and currently no place to stay tonight. To say that I am frustrated and upset is a VAST understatement at this point. The hotel clerk told my husband that making travel plans through expedia was not valid and that if someone has marriott rewards they get first come first serve. Well, if that is the case, I will not be using Expedia ever again and certainly not Residence Inn.

This property was wonderful and the location was excellent. The only problem was that maid service was not provided on Sunday.

The staff was really nice and helpful with everything from directions, recommendations on where to go, even getting my boyfriend ketchup packets at 2am. Breakfast was really good, plentiful and changed slightly throughout the 4 mornings we spent here. The proximity to 16th street was unbeatable and the hotel is also in walking distance of many other attractions. The free WiFi and kitchen in the room was a plus. I saw some comments about the homeless at night around the area, but the whole time I stayed here it was never a problem. I would come back again.

The staff is amazing . We were a bunch of softball players and the staff didn’t mind they had board games in their lobby kids and teenagers to hang out . They have an amazing happy hour . Anything you needed or asked for they were happy to do it. I love that .

Hotel is great location downtown. My room however did not meet expectations. The AC unit was so loud when it kicked on that it would disturb your sleep. Our bathroom sink was extremely slow draining and the GFCI outlet next to out sink would not reset. These are things that I think could be easily remedied. We had family at the hotel with us in another room and they did not experience these problems. We did not spend much time in the room so it wasn't a huge problem. The hotel is very well kept and in a great location. I would recommend this hotel.
