Ok hotel not the best

Stay was decent but front desk staff was so ghetto and rude I would not recommend this hotel unless u have no where else to go

Shower broke

Stay would have been good except for fact that shower faucet was broke and I couldn't shower. Too late to call for repair.

Well located hotel in city center

Pros: We liked the location.
Cons: The room needs better lighting.
The hotel is comfortable. The service in the restaurant and lounge was slow. The bed was wonderfully comfortable but the room could use better lighting.

I stayed there one night and was satisfied. Though for the price of one night is a bit much, but for the weekend I was having it was worth it!

Would Not Recommend

When we arrived, the drop-off drive in front of the hotel was unusable because the hotel valets had cars jammed up and did not seem to be moving them. The room was marginal at best. There was a huge fan blowing thru the room to dry the still damp carpet. We were told that it had just been cleaned even though it clearly needed additional help. We had to request room service every day when we got back to the room after 2:30PM. Everything, the sheets, the pillow cases and the shower curtain looked like they had been rolled up in a ball before being used. This was definitely not up to what we thought were Sheraton standards.
