I never ended up staying at the place. It is not what it look like in person. Not being from the area, I got scared. People outside lingering , area dark. I called and called, no one answered the phone. The Expedia agent also called multiple times. No one answered, but continue to charge me for a four day stay. That I did not even check in at. I had to find myself another hotel a town over for one night. I paid almost for a room from March 14 after 10pm- to March 18th Zero refund , zero care for customers, not one time a rep called me to ask me anything to why I never checked in.

I apologize for the issue. We do not show where Expedia ever attempted to reach out to us to cancel due to that we do have a cancellation policy. Expedia will send us a message for any cancellations and they did not do that. I do apologize.

The location was nice walking distance to a lot of different restaurants and bars. The water took a long time to get hot . When we checked into room we noticed a condom wrapper and condom was in the trash can . It was blood on the carpet . When I bring it to house keeper attention she stated they was in a rush they had a lot of check ins so they probadly missed it but it made me feel like if you missed that wat else could you have missed. Spoke with the manger at the front desk nika and she was very understanding and provided me with a refund but overrall the property and location was great

It was convenient for an early morning meeting near the capitol and reasonably priced. The room was not completely prepared - coffee service was missing sweetners, creamers, stir sticks and the tray to hold the coffee bag. The tv remote was missing. There was conditioner and body moisturizer but no shampoo in the bathroom. The refrigerator was open and not running. The desk clerk told me that the free breakfast was served at 7:30. I said I had to be at a meeting at 7:30. Turned out the breakfast was available at 6:30 on weekdays - so I grabbed a bagel on my way out the door. Overall, disappointing.

It's a bit dated, but that explains why it is much cheaper than many of the nearby alternatives. The important things like comfort and cleanliness were just fine. Staff was kind and courteous. Our room had a few deficiencies that didn't affect the comfort and good value (missing door knob on bathroom door, a burned out bulb in the overhead light, chipped paint, etc.) Some towel hooks would have been nice.

Upon arrival hotel smelled like weed, on the 2nd we noticed the elevator hadn’t been inspected since 2021 a few hours later the elevator started acting up so they removed the inspection sticker. Asked for more towels to take a shower, hotel staff gave up hand towels. The mattress and bedding gave someone traveling with us an extreme rash. While taking a shower the unit above was using there shower and it started leaking on us while we were in the shower. Terrible experience would never stay again.

Rust on all the inside lamps, blankets not clean , slept with a sheet only , shower head was broken and couldn’t move it so basically we had to stand all the way against the wall to be able to get to the stream of water . The outside handle to the side door was broken completely off and they had a note on it to go around yet anyone off the street could just walk inside the building . I was super disappointed on the level of filth and I would not recommend staying here !!!!

They suits are more like motel’s I checked out within 10 minutes cause I didn’t like the motel I went to a family member house I didn’t stay the whole knight and they charged me for parking as well.

Front Desk clerk for nites mouth was so smart.. She told me she don’t have todo anything to accommodate me for my stay after telling her our toilet was over flown.. This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in. From top to bottom in EVERY area of the hotel! As someone who worked in the industry, from housekeeping to general manager, I was appalled. We went to the room and I didn’t even set my bags down. We left. This hotel needs new management! There is NO way I’d ever turn a room over looking like that! Hair clumps in the floors… kiss marks still on the mirror from the previous guest… spills on ALL walls everywhere you look from the lobby to the rooms… baseboards.. corners.. Absolutely disgusting. When I made this reservation, I looked at the reviews and at that time, nothing stuck out. Looking back now and the reviews that have come in since, I’m not the only one that sees how bad this hotel needs help. I do have pictures I’m happy to share. Wish I had gotten some of the public areas as well but the hotel was full and I was just ready to get out!

The stay was great. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast wasn't complimentary. The breakfast was seven dollars per person and it was nasty.
