"We only see each other at weddings and wanted to get together for a longer time (without children because it's impossible to arrange it with my grand children whose ages range from 8-29. This requires accommodating spouses or older children). We had a great time. Ashville was great to walk around and has good restaurants. We spent a day visiting the Smoky Mountain National park, and a day at the Biltmore. The SunnySide was great, perfect for us. Close to downtown and easy to get to."

"There were 5 of us-my husband and I and our two adult daughters and a son-in-law met up for a mini-reunion. Orange Blossom Special was an ideal place to stay for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made getting ready each morning quick and easy, and the downstairs space with oversized couch and dining table made hanging out together watching hockey playoffs and playing games fun and comfortable! "Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and back porch were really nice. I will definitely stay at Little Sparrow next time I am in Asheville."

"Our hosts were AMAZING! They were quick to offer dining recommendations and parking tips. The location is close to all things downtown Asheville, especially great food and fun shopping. We enjoyed being close to the Biltmore and some hiking as well. The condo was clean and comfortable with little details that reflected a heart of hospitality. "From the initial reservation, the communication with the property owner was stellar. They kept us inform all the way through the point of us, checking in our unit and even then check to make sure everything was right. They accommodated our special request. The unit itself is beautiful and well-maintained to the point where we felt like we were the first person to actually stay at it. It was so new feeling. This property manager did an excellent job in this unit. We will be back."
