It's not quiet--NYC is a very noisy city! There is a 24 hour doorman and front desk which made it feel safe. The furniture in the living area of our executive junior sutie was a bit worn. The style of the sofa caused the cushions to slide out when you sat down. It was otherwise quite comfortable. The windows only opened about 3 inches, and the cooling system/fan seemed to make the room warmer. I tend to get too hot at night so that was a...
