"The staff at the Kimberly are so accommodating, friendly and professional. It was my husband's birthday and they brought a special treat to the room for him. We got in early but they allowed us to check in and they even gave us an upgraded room with a balcony. The rooftop is a lot of fun as well. I didn't get a chance to eat at the steakhouse but I heard it was very good. I live in New Jersey but work in New York and I love the area on the east side. This is my second time at the hotel but...

"This is a great hotel right in the moddle of Time Square so very convenient to shows and restaurants! If you are looking for a quiet area this is not it, but we couldn't hear any of the traffic from our room. The gym was great but thats about it for amenities. We just had a drink and appetizers at hotel so not sure about the food."

"My only complaint about the room itself was our bathtub drain was broken, and limited us to showers only. While the room did a good job of blocking out the outside city noise, our neighboring room had a kid that screamed till well past midnight. The room was spacious for NYC, had a ceiling fan, and was centrally located. "

"The smell of the room was off putting, it smelled very strongly of old carpet and carpet cleanser. The carpeting was very sticky and I had to wear socks. The rest of the room was very clean."
