"In our room: Many carpet stains. Paint peeling. Wall covering peeling. Desk chair had a broken arm. Stains or heavy soil in shower. In common areas many floors were dirty. On one occasion I heard the desk clerk shouting rudely at a guest in the reception area. It appeared that the staff was poorly trained and/ or poorly supervised. It also appeared to be very short staffed. I will not stay there again"
