GARRISON HILL TOWER: Second only to Mount Agamenticus, the tower atop Garrison Hill is the best place to take in the entire seacoast region. Unfortunately, it is right next to a busy amtrak station and train whistles were very loud and lasted all night. Surprised it was never mentioned in the reviews. Check in easy and manager was nice but I could not stay there and get no sleep so I went to a hotel.
