It promised bottled water and welcome drinks: neither were available as the hotel doesn’t have the money for it anymore. We went back in the morning to check in and question why there had been no person to check us in and we were turned away and told they were not accepting guests! Cost more money for our party of 5 persons. A great inconvenience"
