Check in process was terrible, the host failed to send check in procedures prior to arrival so when our flight was delayed for 10 hours and tried contacting him at 530 am there was no answer. He replied with "check in is at 3pm" and my reply was "no, check in instructions should be available to check in anytime after check in time". « Checking in was fine. However upon entry of the unit, we noticed it didn't look quite like the pictures. The rooms were extremely small, items were broken or overly worn (bathroom sink, broken lamp on the room, microwave door hits the light fixture every single time, shamppo dispenser in shower hadn't been cleaned in months, missing face towels (staff couldn't bring them until the next morning), and unfinished holes in the walls from some cosmetic work). « Room was not as pictured but communication with host was great. The kitchenette was nice and the private parking was a plus. Will stay again. Might look into reserving directly with owner instead of VRBO as communication with VRBO was not good. »

« Apartment as advertised.The only downside was that there was no message when we arrived to let us in (fortunately there were people on site to help us).On the ad it was stated that we were 4 but the apartment was ready for 2 people. But again, the people on site were very reactive. »
