Welcome to your perfect group retreat—two stunning, side-by-side modern lofts occupying the entire upper two floors of a beautifully restored downtown Douglas building. Whether you're planning a family gathering, friends’ getaway, or a couples’ escape, this rare setup offers the ideal mix of privacy, comfort, and togetherness—all just steps from restaurants, shops, and galleries.  
  
Enjoy exclusive access to two private, designer lofts—each with its own entrance and separated only by a private exterior breezeway. The Luxe Loft Collection encompasses both units on the entire upper two floors of the 3-story building right in the middle of the action in Downtown Douglas.   
  
This setup is ideal for groups who want to stay close while still enjoying space to spread out and unwind in total comfort.  
  
Together, the property comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with 7 total bedrooms, including 6 king beds and 2 queen daybeds. Each unit features a thoughtful layout with:  
  
A main-floor primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom  
A second main-floor bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom also accessible from the open kitchen/living area  
Additional sleeping spaces upstairs, located in spacious, semi-private lofts with comfortable lounge and sleep areas

You will enjoy full and private access to the entire upper floor of the building and two patios during your stay. The parking area is shared with the restaurant below.  
  
You'll access the home from the alley behind the building, where you'll find both designated parking spaces. Additional vehicles may park on the street or in a free public lot just a half block away. All parking in the area is free.  
  
The house has a keypad on the front door, and we'll send you the code just before your stay. Should you have questions or encounter any issues, we will be available to respond quickly.  
  
You're welcome to bring up to four well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you. So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture and pick up after them.  
  
The loft is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, so there are many steps required to reach it.
