The host was very responsive and communicated with us well. The place comfortably for 6 adults without feeling cramped and it was stocked with everything we needed to cook basic meals and hang out while playing games at the large table or warm up in the hot tub. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, removed from the common areas in the house. Great place a girls trip!

The home was as described and is located in a lovely neighborhood but not as close to the lake as we expected plus the view was obstructed. We encountered some cleaning issues that were not to the standard that I believe this home strives to be. However, the host had the cleaning supervisor respond directly to our concerns and she took accountability which was greatly appreciated. We gave the host other feedback about the property that did not seem to register as expected but giving feedback is important nonetheless. We encountered some cooler temps and would have liked to have the hot tub be warmer.

Had a great long weekend and had all we needed at the house. Plenty of space for us all to relax and the place seemed very new and comfortable. Location was great and we walked into both Saugatuck and Douglas to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the hot tub one night too. Overall a great stay.

Everything is clean and home is furnished well. The family enjoyed the hot tub, quick access to Entertainment. We walked to Douglas for the Farmers market, coffee, etc. Saugatuck at 5 minutes away is convenient for good food, shopping, entertainment( the Pontoon boat trip up the driver and into Lake Michigan was perfect and relaxing with Sandwiches from the Farmhouse and a jug of Sangria made at the house). Vince was amazing and always quick to respond. Everything we needed was provided in the house and any requests were fulfilled. Would recommend and hope to return soon!

#### Perfect Family Getaway in Douglas/Saugatuck

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful vacation rental in Douglas! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown Douglas where we enjoyed browsing local shops, grabbing coffee, and visiting the farmers market. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable. There is also a bike path that runs past the house. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking in, and we appreciated all the little extras—from the beach towels to the hot tub which we enjoyed after a cool dip in Lake Michigan. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, walkable escape near Saugatuck and Lake Michigan.

Great Douglas/Saugatuck location… walkable or a short drive to downtowns, mini golf, dune rides, bars and restaurants. Host was on top of communications and provided quick resolution to a drain issue. Use of an outdoor hose would have been nice to rinse our dogs off after a day at the beach; however we were able to use a neighbor’s across the driveway. Home is new, well decorated, with upgraded appliances and features. Lockbox is a little cumbersome to gain access to the home. For future consideration, installing an electronic keypad/lock might be an option to think about. Overall, it was a great choice of properties.

#### Relaxing and comfortable 

Wonderful property. Home has a brand new feel with lots of space and nice touches like towels for the hot tub and makeup towel in master bath. We had two couples and grown kids and it was perfect. The hot tub was amazing as was the outdoor deck area. Kitchen was great for gathering with the large island and kitchen table. Refrigerator had automatic ice which is another nice touch. Vince was amazing at answering questions. We brought our two little 15 pound pups and they really enjoyed the walks around the Kalamazoo. Not many places allow that and we were so grateful. Also walking distance to downtown Douglas and a bike ride away from Saugatuck. Great location! Two little things that would make the stay from 4.75 to 5 stars. Master bed gets east sunshine so be prepared to wake up at 6:30-7am. Black out shades or curtain would have been a nice touch. There were no “stock kitchen items” like salt and pepper or tin foil or sugar or even coffee filters for the coffee pot. Lastly there is only one garbage can and it was overflowing from the previous guests. So we had to take our garbage to a separate location to not get charged a fee. These are all not deal breakers as our stay was a 4.75 !

#### Great location, nice place for family and friends 

The host is very responsive and accommodating. The home was very nice and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. Close to all of the amenities in Douglas and Saugatuck. Holland is only a 15 minute drive, which was perfect as we had a family wedding there. Very convenient. Had a pleasant stay.

#### Long weekend stay

The property was a fantastic stay. It’s very close to downtown Saugatuck and is easy to get there using the InterUrban Transport, or it’s an easy mile walk in. The community the house is situated in is very friendly and has great access to Kalamazoo lake and fishing spots. It also is an easy 8 minute walk to downtown Douglas. The hot tub is a huge plus and the property comes with all the necessities needed to have a nice weekend or a longer stay. It’s incredible.

The home is central to the tulip festival, downtown Douglas and downtown Saugutuck. Very near the dunes and Lake Michigan. The homeowner thought of everything. They had soaps, towels, trash bags, paper products, you name it. The home was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Contacted them regarding a question and they responded right away. Would definitely rent again.
