Lots of in-room bar options, but we do not drink. Valet service was not available early on a Saturday. A chair, even a small one, would have been nice even though the room was somewhat small. That said, every appointment was extraordinarily elegant and aporeciated. Staff was magnificent, the hotel quiet.

Took forever to check in, then they couldn’t get me a king room, even though that’s what I had already paid for and booked through Expedia.
The elevators are horrible and didn’t work half the time. Horribly long wait times to even get on or off an elevator.
Valet is also forever wait and they don’t even have a garage for your vehicle, they literally drive it 2 blocks to a public parking lot.

Negative- the vent fan in the bathroom didn't work and the tv not connected to cable. The AC seems a little anemic. Positive- The room was clean and check-in was quick and efficient. The $12.95 buffet looked good but we didn't buy.

This hotel is under construction (painting inside and out). Looked condemned when I arrived. Pool is closed. Behind the faucet was a thick collection of dirt, chalk, and tons of men's whisker trimmings. Easily cleanable, just ignored. Toilet paper not replenished.
