It was a decent price, but you get what you pay for!! The room didn't even have a toilet paper roll holder. Whats that cost, a couple dollars? The toilet paper roll was just sitting on the toilet tank. The coffee maker was very dust as was the bathroom counter. The sink was dirty! There was dried toothpaste or shaving gel on the wall in front of the sink. There was gaping holes around the AC/heating unit. One electrical outlet was VERY loose! That's scary! Not one TV channel came in. I would not stay there again or recommend to others in less you're in a pinch for a place to rest your head!!!

We arrived to the hotel and checked in, it appeared run down on the outside, inside was just as bad, we entered our room and we were hit in the face with the smell of weed bad enough to make you sick, and the tv wouldn’t work. The employee working there was no help, I called and let her know, she walked in with Febreze spray saturated the room then told us she couldn’t help us with the tv because quote “people upstairs were getting freaky deaky and tore the cable out of the wall” we asked her to find us a new room while we went to eat, she said she would try. We returned and she had not found us a new room or even tried, and asked that we let her eat and she would find us a new room. We asked for a refund, and she had to call someone to see if she could do that. We will see if I get my money back. Place was disgusting, and apparently people who stay there are often robbed.

Economical, but nice.
It's a really economical, and nice place to stay. The pool was nice, the walkways to the rooms were will lit. It seemed very safe and quiet. Walking distance to food. They had free breakfast and the serving area was clean.

Camping in Ozark
The staff was very helpful, but that hotel is need of many repairs. Locks on the doors didn’t work. Paint on the toilet seat, bugs and the overall stay was quite bad. It appeared that the staff was trying to work with what they had.

Turned the lights on and roaches run to hide. Smoke detector blinking red and random loud beeping. Microwave inside & door rusted & unsafe. TV remote didn’t work. Sink handle fell off. Toilet tissue roll holder missing. Exterior not bad but could use pressure washing. Dog walk area was nice.

It has been a couple years since my last stay with them. I don't think I will stay there again. The desk person was not as welcoming as others in thr past. When I got to my room the door was wide open with no one around. The floor didn't appear to have been swept.There was built up dust on the air conditioner and the legs on the ironing board. Tthe comforter on the bed was missing small patches of material on the top and when I pulled it back there were permanent stains on the underside. I could go on but I was very disappointed overall. I used to like staying there. But no more.

Gave our double bed room away and offered a king. We have 2 adults and 2 kids and said we need two beds so the guy said he would go ask the last person that checked in to trade. I said how long will it take to clean that room and he said “oh it’s ok she just got here so it’s still clean” we had already been waiting in the check in place while the clerk was - according to the sign- out on the grounds so we know the person had already been in the room for awhile. Absolutely disgusting idea, so we said never mind and continued to drive another 5 hours.

no gym available
The staff was great. Booked hotel specifically for gym which is closed. Hit in parking lot by disturbed guest with no insurance. This will cost over $1,000 to repair our car bumper out of our pocket.
