We booked a King Bed, Double Queen family suite. When we arrived, nothing was said about that not being available. When we got to our room, we were in a Double Queen with a pullout couch. We went to the front desk and were told the type of room we booked was not available at their property and the third party booking site has a code wrong and it is their fault. They also said the third party booking site has had this wrong for over a year. We looked at SEVERAL third party booking sites and all of them have pictures of a King, Double Queen Family suite for this hotel and it is hard to believe all of these other sites have bad information. It felt like the property is purposefully misleading families into reserving something they do not offer and hoping when they get there, they will just accept it and move on. They did not offer a discount, extra rooms, or anything. Additionally, the room had broken lamps and the pullout couch was broken. It was a terrible experience and the customer service was not helpful or seemed to care that it was wrong. He just kept telling us to contact the third party company, even when I asked for a confirmation number or someone in the company to contact.
