It's ok for up to a couple of days

It was very convenient place for the Euro cup. Just 15 minutes from the Dortmund stadium. It's a good place for couples but not for families. When raining the water comes a little bit in through the window. It's clean and safe and very walkable area.

Good - comfortable bed - clean but basic room and facilities Not so good - difficult to access (with poor wifi on arrival) - wifi wasn’t reliable - nowhere to sit comfortably in the room other than the bed - toilet seat was loose - no soundproofing so room very noisy with street noise/sirens (admittedly not in Bright’s control) but also with other occupants, particularly in shared areas - voices, rolling baggage noise and door noises - the elevator stops with a thud/strong jerky movement - for the high price we paid, we would probably have been better off in a hotel.

The room allocated was front facing the building unfortunately even with the windows closed does not drown out the outside noise. The room allocated on 4th floor decor was looking very tired in comparison to previous visits. The shower lever was broken and came away from the shower unit which had obviously been a problem previously for someone due to the amount of marks on the shower tray floor. The pillows allocated were uncomfortable too and do not support you. The building however is in a perfect location for all amenities and the rooms cater adequately for a short stay . It might be worth investing in triple glazing front facing windows of building to reduce the noise from the traffic and people outside the building which would improve people's stay . On the whole I enjoyed my stay purely for the convenience element. Sadly I was not able to rest as planned due to the noise disruption which was a constant throughout the night.However I would still recommend staying if these things are remedied and maintained as I wanted to have the same experience as the first time which was excellent. Sorry that I have had to point these things out.

In our room, very surface has a thick layer of dust as though the room has never been used or cleaned for a long time. Bathroom stinks and has hair from previous guests. The bed has a strong musky smell. The property looks quite different from the images they use to promote. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Gut bis auf einige Punkte.

Das Zimmer sehr großzügig, auch die Küche, Tee und Kaffee prima und großzügig ( es gibt im Hotel ja kein FRÜHSTÜCK). Es war etwas kalt, Heizung funktionierte nicht gut. Sauberkeit im Prinzip gut außer den Fussleisten im Bad. Leider roch der Abfluss in der Dusche.

Fuer einen Kurzurlaub OK. Der Lärm der Straße machte uns weniger aus. Mir wurde zwar gesagt für diese kleine Suite ist kein Kleiderschrank vorgesehen, wenigstens eine Kommode ist besser. Ansonsten Bett, Bad OK

God beliggenhed

Lejligheden er god. God seng og ny renoveret badeværelse og køkken. Ligger meget centralt. Så når det kun får 3 stjerner samlet er det pga af: høj pris (måske pga EM fodbold), ingen aircon og ud til en trafikeret vej dvs vinduer åbne = svært at sove. Sover du tungt, så er det sidste ikke et problem og så er det en god lejlighed

Das Appartement lag zur ruhigen Rückseite. Die Ausstattung ist klasse. In der Küche gibt es Olivenöl und Rotweinessig, Salz- und Pfeffermühle, außerdem Nespressokapseln von Starbucks (English Breakfast) mit Zucker und kleinen Milchportionen. Geschirr,Besteck und Gläser alles ok. Die Lage zur Innenstadt aber auch zum Kreuzviertel bzw. Saarlandstraßen-Viertel ist super, kann man alles zu Fuß oder mit S und U- Bahn erledigen. Die relefonische Betreuung war sofort erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zentral gelegen, gut für Veranstaltungen in der Innenstadt und Westfahlenhallen, bei Rückfragen war jemand sofort zu erreichen (Frage nach Müllentsorgung). Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig, wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten gelegen, ruhig und entspannt trotz Veranstaltungen in der Innenstadt; Zugang über APP bzw. Zahlencode war einwandfrei, wir haben meistens den Slider in der APP genutzt, sehr zu empfehlen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine (mit Kapseln), Toaster, Fön Kühlschrank, alles da. Geparkt haben wir im Parkhaus Hansaplatz (ca. 500 m entfernt), das hat 24h geöffnet (aktueller Preis waren €14,- Tageshöchstsatz). Achtung, vor dem Haus maximale Parkdauer 7-22 h ist 1h, an jedem Tag (auch Sonntags)
