« This spacious and comfortable home was perfect for us seven adults and four children celebrating New Year's. The indoor pool was the highlight, naturally. The pool is in a separate, locked building, which was very important to us. It is nicely heated and there were pool toys available. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The host provided a travel cot and highchair, which were very much appreciated. The grounds of the home are lovely and it close to Kingston Lacy and other lovely places. »

The kitchen was well equipped. The location is great too - a short walk downhill into town and there is a local Spar just around the corner.Parking is a real bonus. « It’s in a good location but the road that runs along side it, is a bit noisy. When the cars are quiet, you can hear the waves which is nice. It’s in a good location as Portland has some lovely, slightly challenging walks but it’s also a good position to drive to many other lovely locations. Water sports nearby, we didn’t use the facilities but they looked great. Parking was slightly tricky but managed to get a space with a bit of patience! »

« Very well furnished and laid out property. Definitely will appeal to someone to get away from it all even a strong phone signal and the gps can't even find the street! But peace and quiet with the lovely aroma of the gardens with fresh cut flowers in every room made it all worth the drive. The only noise you will hear are the sheep and cows in the fields and the very rare passing of a tractor or one of the neighbors in their car. We absolutely loved sitting on the patio and enjoying our...

« The cabin is gorgeous and has a fun layout. The kitchen was very well equipped. Timo was an amazing host - he called as soon as I made our last-minute booking to confirm everything and to see if I needed anything. The cabin is in a stunning location, and we took many walks with our dog in the woods. The hot tub is permanently on, which was such a treat, and the sauna and plunge pool were an amazing experience on our -1 New Years Eve! »
