Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider waren die Matratzen bereits sehr durchgelegen und einige Haare auf der Bettwäsche. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen.

Die Wasserbehälter der Toiletten müssten entkalkt werden, da sie ständig nachlaufen, was Nachts sehr störend ist. Das defekte Untertischgerät in der Küche wurde ersetzt. Der Wasserhahn ist aber undicht und tropft ständig nach.

Es ist ein super süsses haus mit allem was man für einen schönen aufenthalt benötigt. Unsere hunde haben sich super wohl gefühlt und durch den zaun waren sie die meiste zeit draussen. Wir haben uns total über die kleine willkommens aufmerksamkeit gefreut. Wir wären gerne länger als nur ein wochenende gebliebenen. Haben uns echt wohl gefühlt!!

Hübsche Doppelhaushälfte im Klinkerhausstil in einer größeren Feriendorfanlage. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Unten sind das Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine kleine Toilette und eine (mittlerweile renovierungsbedürftige) Küche, oben das Bad und zwei kleine Zimmer für vier Personen. Der kleine Garten ist umzäunt, sodass man den Hund dort frei laufen lassen kann. Vor dem Häuschen steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und entsprechend nur für Gäste geeignet, die Ruhe suchen. Ca. 100 m entfernt ist ein kleiner Nordseemarkt, wo man sich mit dem Notwendigen versorgen kann, z.B. frischen Brötchen. In dem idyllischen Örtchen Dornum ca. 6 km entfernt gibt es auch einen Edeka mit gutem Angebot. Ideal für ruhesuchende Touristen, die ggf. bereit sind, mit dem Auto in die Umgebung zu fahren, wenn sie nicht nur ans Wattenmeer möchten. Die Inseln Baltrum und Norderney sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubszeit in der Gegend verbracht.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund zum ersten Mal in Neßmersiel und in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Von der ersten Minute an hatten wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist ein Traum und wir fühlten uns wie daheim!
