The house is bright, friendly and comfortably designed and furnished and very well equipped with everything you will need during your vacation. In addition, the house has a sheltered terrace that can accommodate up to 6 people. The terrace is not directly accessible from the holiday home but can be reached in just a few steps along the house. In addition to a living room with seating, dining table and LCD TV, the house has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped open kitchen. A Paidi cot and a high chair are available for our little guests. There is a children's swing and seating in the garden. If you want to grill, you can do so here. We kindly ask our guests to clean the grill themselves immediately after each use, thank you. Things worth knowing about the surroundings in Neßmersiel: Neßmersiel is a quiet seaside resort off the East Frisian island of Baltrum and belongs to the municipality of Dornum. In healthy North Sea air you can experience the beautiful landscape on long bike paths or on walks. If you fancy a canoe trip, you can rent a canoe in the paddle and pedal station to explore the East Frisian waterways. You can take the canoe or a bike back to your destination. The bathing beach, with a large playground, is easy to reach on foot or by bike. The gently sloping bathing beach is particularly suitable for small bathers. At low tide, extensive mudflat hikes can be undertaken with expert guidance. Dog beach with agility park in Neßmersiel Neßmersiel offers its animal-loving guests a dog beach separated from the normal sandy beach with a dog playground and a fenced-in free-range area - here your four-legged friends can let off steam as they please. A dog course consisting of 21 hurdles, two slalom routes, seesaw, tunnel, tires, walls, footbridges and a lungeing area round off the small dog paradise. The training devices on the large course correspond to those of the official agility training devices, but were adapted so that dogs of all ages and sizes can use them safely and with joy. The ferry leaves from Neßmersieler Hafen to the island of Baltrum, which can be reached in about 30 minutes, and invites you to take extensive dune hikes. The family free time center "Sturmfrei", which opened in March 2007, is another highlight. For active guests there is a large soccer field, trampolines, air hockey and table football, lounge with large chess set, massage chairs, event stage, boulder wall, T-Wall, the interactive reaction wall, climbing castle over 3 floors, mini bowling alley, pool ball, table tennis, cinema, Xbox Kinect, Wii, Singstar, billiards, darts. Younger guests can have fun in the children's playground with trampoline and climbing wall. The catering area takes care of your physical well-being. Unser Vertragspartner war aber nicht der Reinigungsdienst. Informationen aus der Ferienwohnung deuten auf ähnliche Zustände hin. Für diesen Mietpreis ist die Unterkunft völlig inakzeptabel. Für meinen Mann, der bewegungseingeschränkt ist, und mich ist das Häuschen optimal. Seniorenmobil kann unter der überdachten Terrasse geparkt und geladen werden. Der Wohnbereich komplett ebenerdig. Bad behindertengerecht. Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein Tablett, da wir gerne auf der Terrasse gegessen haben. Den Türanschlag vom Kühlschrank wechseln. Ein Efeubusch behindert die Durchfahrt zur Terrasse mit Rollator bzw E-scooter. Das WLAN verdient nicht wirklich diesen Namen Das sind wirklich lediglich Verbesserungs-vorschläge. Das Haus befindet sich in einer äußerst ruhigen Siedlung, an den Garten grenzt ein Feld. Von hier aus kann man problemlos alle Küstenorte schnell erreichen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, eine Waschmaschine, Grill und Gartenmöbel inkl. -auflagen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir können das Ferienhaus von Familie Schommer nur weiterempfehlen. ##### U. & J. Es ist auch alles da was notwendig ist. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich. Auch im Garten gemütlich sitzen und zu. B. grillen geht dort prima und es ist alles vorhanden, von Tisch mit Stühlen, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und Grill. Neßmersiel ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Für zwei Erwachsene und ggf. Kinder ist das Objekt auch hervorragend geeignet wenn man sich nicht den ganzen Tag im Haus aufhält. Die Bilder vermitteln mehr Raum. Für unseren Bedarf mit der im Rollstuhl sitzenden, fast blinden Oma war es leider doch zu beengt und nicht ausreichend ausgestattet (fehlende Haltegriffe am WC). Aber das soll kein Mangel in der Bewertung darstellen sondern nur ein Hinweis sein für andere Gäste die etwas Rollstuhlgerechtes suchen. ##### Nicole M. Es wäre ratsam der Dame zu erklären, dass manche Urlauber nicht nur 2 Stunden Anfahrt haben.
