The 4-room house has a total living area of 100 square meters spread across four levels. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy room with a set of bunk beds that can accommodate two guests. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances like an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a dining table. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace area. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. You will have access to a washing machine, a dryer, a children's high chair, and a baby cot. For entertainment, the house offers satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player in various rooms. The entire property is a non-smoking area, and you are allowed to bring one pet or dog. For your safety, a smoke alarm is installed.  
  
Other Information  
The upper levels of the house are accessed via spiral staircases. The first upper floor features an open living and sleeping area with a double bed, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level. On the second upper floor, you will find an open living room with sloping ceilings, equipped with satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player.
