The elegant villa with a sea view is situated in a peaceful and private area in Cala Gonone.  
  
The villa is ideal for groups of friends or multiple families, thanks to its numerous bedrooms and several bathrooms. It also features a barbecue area and offers free parking. The main services are in the immediate vicinity, while the beach is about a thousand meters away.  
  
Cala Gonone is a large tourist village in the center of the Gulf of Orosei, the seaside capital of Barbagia, more or less in the middle of its eastern coast of Sardinia; the village lies at the foot of Monte Codula Manna, an extinct volcano, and is surrounded by a magnificent circle of limestone mountains, very rich in woods.  
Cala Gonone gives easy access to the towns in the southern part of the Gulf of Orosei, immersed in the typical Ogliastra landscape, characterized by the extraordinary combination of rugged rocky nature and the crystalline transparency of the sea, which produces a wide range of wonders, with vertical cliffs on the water and wooded escarpments inhabited by an important avifauna.  
  
 Spacious and tastefully furnished, this property spans three levels and comprises three units, each with its own independent entrance.Ground Floor: Living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.Lower Floor: A spacious dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.Upper Floor: A large living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.  
The property also features a large outdoor space furnished with tables and chairs, surrounded by the lush greenery of typical Mediterranean plants, and includes parking space.  
Amenities include a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a barbecue.  
  
Cala Gonone is a prominent tourist village situated in the heart of the Gulf of Orosei, along the eastern coast of Sardinia in the Barbagia region. Nestled on the slopes of Monte Codula Manna, an extinct volcano, the village is surrounded by a stunning circle of limestone mountains rich with woodlands.  
  
The village is renowned for its beach, small port, numerous hotels and restaurants, artisan shops, scenic beauty, pleasant climate, and a variety of entertainment and cultural events, some of which are internationally recognized, making it a popular destination year-round.  
  
From Cala Gonone, you can take a boat to reach the famous Cala Luna beach, a precious gem requiring adequate protection, and the Bue Marino cave. This cave, part of the karst system of the Supramonte massif, features a small entrance to the sea and conceals amazing natural treasures, as well as some families of monk seals, remnants of the Mediterranean's distant glacial periods.  
  
Cala Gonone also provides easy access to the resorts of the southern part of the Gulf of Orosei, which are set in the characteristic Ogliastra landscape. This area is noted for its unique combination of rugged rocky terrain and the crystal-clear sea, creating a wide array of natural wonders with vertical cliffs over the water and forested slopes inhabited by significant birdlife.  
  
Key distances from Cala Gonone include Porto Torres - 40 km, Stintino - 60 km, Sassari - 35 km, and Bosa - 50 km.  
Must-see attractions include Cala Luna and the Grotta del Bue Marino.
