Located on the ground floor and generously sized, it consists of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a first bathroom, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom where an additional bed can be added if needed, and a second bathroom. The property is complemented by two large courtyards at the front and back of the holiday home, furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and pleasant moments of relaxation. Parking space. Amenities include TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and oven.  
  
The holiday home is in a truly perfect location: convenient to the center and the beach, approximately 500 meters away, yet in a secluded position that allows for maximum tranquility and an truly unique and unforgettable sea view!
