This newly completed, spacious four-room apartment offers an enchanting view of the Gulf of Orosei and the picturesque village of Cala Gonone. Ideal for those seeking a blend of comfort and beauty, this apartment is a serene retreat in a vibrant coastal setting.  
  
The holiday home boasts an ideal location, offering the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. It is situated just 500 meters from both the town center and the beach, ensuring easy access to local amenities and seaside enjoyment. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the home is set in a secluded position that provides a peaceful atmosphere and offers a truly unique and unforgettable view of the sea.  
  
This generously sized ground-floor apartment offers a well-designed and spacious interior. It features a welcoming living area complete with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, perfect for additional guests. The apartment includes a double bedroom with ample storage, a first modern bathroom with all necessary amenities, a second double bedroom for added comfort, and a single bedroom with an extra bed if needed. There is also a second fully equipped bathroom to ensure convenience for all guests.  
  
The property is beautifully complemented by two expansive courtyards at both the front and back of the holiday home. These outdoor spaces are furnished with tables and chairs, creating ideal spots for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation in the fresh air.

Famous for the lobster that is fished in the crystalline waters of its gulf, for the production of jewels and coral artifacts, and for its enchanting historic center, whose narrow streets at night come alive with a lively nightlife.  
Possibility of boat trips along the cliff of Capo Caccia, with its breathtaking cliffs overlooking the sea, where the famous Caves of Neptune open up.  
Not to be missed: a bath in the Bombarde.
