« We loved the rural location and the beauty of the countryside. We enjoyed being close to the Mississippi, Wisconsin and Minnesota. We also enjoyed the many access areas for fishing. The house was a great place to relax after busy days! »

« My family enjoyed our stay at Blackhammer Hus! The property itself is beautiful and the owners have really done a great job with the renovations - it’s a nice mix of modern and antique. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms are up to date and modern. Nice common areas and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a beautiful quiet place to stay. If I’m ever in the area again I would stay here in a heartbeat! »
