### Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Madeleine' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

2-room apartment on the first floor with 37sqm, covered terrace, garden furniture. Including parking space. The apartment was renovated to a high standard by the end of 2018.  
  
In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed 160x 200 cm and a spacious sliding-door mirrored wardrobe. A small writing corner completes the furnishings. Bed linen is included.  
  
In the living room there is an inviting sofa that can easily be converted into a full-size bed. The sideboard contains books, games and information material. There is a TV on the sideboard and free WLAN. A cozy rocking chair invites you to relax and dream. The small kitchen contains a fridge, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a stainless steel sink and a pod coffee machine. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils. A flexible table with chairs invites you to dine. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, mirror cabinet, barrier-free shower, WC, towel radiator, towels and hairdryer. Liquid soap and toilet paper are provided as standard.  
  
Enjoy heavenly peace in our new, sunny vacation apartment. Look forward to restful nights and eventful days in the regions around Stuttgart, Ulm, Heidenheim and Schwäbisch-Gmünd. The quiet vacation apartment is located right on the edge of the forest near the Heldenberg nature reserve. Those seeking peace and quiet can relax on the terrace or in the garden, surrounded by colorful flowers and green trees.  
  
A cycle and forest hiking trail is just a minute's walk away. You decide whether you want to go for a walk or a hike lasting several hours.  
  
In addition to the comfort of our apartment, we offer the possibility of bread service and parking directly at the house. Guests also receive free WLAN. You are guaranteed to experience a relaxed, pleasant and unforgettable vacation with us.
