There is one room with a double bed and a shower/WC, and another room with a double bed. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating, and natural stone floors. It has a roofed terrace with outdoor furniture, a portable barbecue, and a box room. Other amenities include mosquito nets, free WiFi internet access, and reserved parking for one car. The property allows a maximum of two pets or dogs and is strictly non-smoking, with smoke alarms installed. Please note that when there are fewer guests than the maximum capacity, not all housing units will be available for use.
