This newly-built 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a loft is the perfect retreat for quality family time. Just a short walk from the spectacular Lake Cascade, with gorgeous BOR land just steps away, you’ll never run out of the stunning views to admire. Enjoy summer days outside on the outdoor dining area, or fire up the firepit for late-night roasting. Relax together in the outdoor hot tub, or curl up in the cozy loft area or living room to watch a movie with your loved ones. Make lasting memories with those closest to you in this beautiful home! Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. There were so many nice, little touches. It felt secluded even though it’s in a neighborhood. The back windows look out to a wooded area and felt private. The bedrooms had everything we needed and having three full bathrooms was helpful.A couple things to note: the kitchen was well stocked but could have used a griddle and a ladle. The beds were uncomfortable aside from the master. And my family described the pillows as “innertubes with a pillow case.” So bring your own pillows. ##### Amber W. It was a good space for the four of us adults and we had a great time. The detractors for this rental are as follows: listed as a 4 bedroom with 1king, 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds, the rental only has 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 set of bunk beds and a pull out hidabed upstairs. The fire pit area was overgrown with vegetation, we found the beds to be very firm and the sectional to be uncomfortable . The bedroom issue is by far the most important as we selected this property because we had plans for 6 adults and had the 2 adults not canceled, we would have struggled for sleeping space. Also, the cost of the rental was more in line with the 4 bedroom units and higher than I would have selected for a 3 bedroom. I am still giving a four star rating because we all had a great time, albeit at a higher cost. ##### Leon S.
