Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful setting, great views, even without the lake (it's a reservoir, so the water level changes in the fall), it was great to sit outside, play games, have a fire in the beautiful sunken firepit and view the Milky Way! 4.5 baths meant no one had to share. Amazing kitchen with 2 huge refrigerators, a mammoth family style tale, and nice gas cooktop (only one side was working when we were there, but there were two of them so it was fine). The listing says 4900 SF but it did not seem that spacious, and several other sites (zillow, realtor.com, trulia, redfin, homes.com, etc. say 3987 SF. ##### Cynda L.
